Another Day in Paradise

We all knew there would be an adjustment time.  We all knew there would be pain, chaos, adjustment periods, but the mud slinging by other attorneys is making it so hare.  We all knew there would be emotional fallout, but the back stabbing and mud slinging makes it catastrophic.  There is not one person at work who is happy.  We are all doing more, picking up the dearly departed's (released from employment) jobs.  Yet it isn't enough.  Oh, did I mention that they are cutting my hours?
No matter what, He is in charge.  I don't care who the boss is, God is in control.  I have to find comfort in that.
Oh, and by the way, more snow, more ice, hail and freezing rain.  Nice.
I think I might be getting used to the snow every other day.  My snow driving skills have improved immensely.
Well, just can't wait until the weekend.
And here it is,
February 5, 2011
I can't believe it is February, 2011.  Wasn't I just 20 and invincible?  Where did that go?
Here am I and there You are.
Time can go so slowly and time can go so quickly, contemporarily.  Time means everything at one point and at another, it means nothing at all.
It comes, it goes around.  But the same moment is never to be found.
